During the reporting period, the company's revenue was 2,399 billion yuan, up 14.1% year on year, significantly accelerating compared with the previous quarter; of these, recruitment revenue from corporate customers was 2,384 billion yuan, up 14.7% year on year, accounting for 99.4% of total revenue. In the second quarter, the company achieved operating profit of 863 million yuan and adjusted operating profit of 1,050 million yuan. In the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, the number of the company's paying corporate customers reached 7.2 million, an increase of 10.8% over the previous year. At the same time, the company announced a dividend payment plan of 230 million US dollars. All of the dividend payment funds came from the company's book surplus cash. After the dividend payment was completed, the total amount of shareholder returns made by the company through dividends and repurchases during the year has exceeded 100% of the adjusted net profit of the previous year.
