According to Ningbo Gaofa's announcement, the first half of 2026 achieved operating income of 759 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.51%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 93.3496 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.14%; and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 84.5797 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.72%. Basic earnings per share were $0.42, down 10.64% year over year. There were no profit distribution plans or plans to increase share capital from the Provident Fund during the reporting period.
