Moderate to heavy rain of 20 to 40 mm in the central part of the Haihe River Basin on the 25th, 60 to 100 mm of torrential rain in the lower reaches of the Luanhe River, the Beisan River, the Yongding River, and the main stream of the Haihe River; heavy rain of 150 to 250 mm at individual points; moderate to heavy rain of 20 to 40 mm in the central part of the 26th, local torrential rain of 50 to 80 mm in the main stream of the Yongding River, Daqing River, Ziya River, and the main stream of the Haihe River.
