Executive Chairman Pan Binze increased his holdings of Deyongjia Group (00321) by 648,000 shares in two days, costing about HK$699,800

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that from August 18 to 19, Executive Chairman Pan Binze increased his holdings of De Yongjia Group (00321) by 220,000 shares and 428,000 shares respectively, at a price of HK$1.08 and HK$1.0798 per share, for a total amount of about HK$699,800. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 776 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 56.15%.
