As the first AI4Chip special policy in the country, the “AI4Chip 20 Rules” focus on the five major actions of AI native full chain empowerment, “AI+ intelligent design” core building, “AI+ manufacturing and sealing” core building, “AI+ equipment materials”, and “AI+ industrial ecology” and “AI+ industrial ecology”.
