Safestate Group Obtains SEK90 Million Loan from Fenja Capital

12:05 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Safestate Group (K21.F) secured a loan of 90 million kronor from Fenja Capital II that will mature Aug. 21, 2028, according to an Aug, 21, 2026 release. The loan is subject to the three-month Stockholm interbank offered rate with a 2% floor and 4% margin. The cybersecurity platform company will use the loan to refinance an existing facility of 70 million kronor with the same lender and as fresh capital. As part of the terms of the financing, Safestate will issue 1,030,851 warrants and up to 90 million kronor of convertible notes to Fenja Capital. The warrants are exercisable through Aug. 31, 2031, at 35.35 kronor per share, for a potential total proceeds to the company of 36.4 million kronor. Meanwhile, the conversion price for the notes is set at 31.56 kronor per share, with conversion requests valid through Aug. 21, 2028.
