According to the latest data from the Bangladesh General Directorate of Health Services, as of August 23, the number of deaths from dengue fever in the country had risen to 82 this year. According to the data, there are still 1951 dengue fever patients being treated in different hospitals across Bangladesh. Since January 1 of this year, a total of 28,929 dengue fever patients have been hospitalized across the country, of which 26,896 have recovered and been discharged.
