Non-futures company members, overseas special non-brokerage participants or customers who have not obtained a hedging transaction position limit for the nearest delivery month, when entering the close delivery month, their general monthly hedging transaction position limit is automatically converted into a position limit for buying and selling hedging transactions in the near delivery month by referring to the lower standard of the general monthly hedging transaction position amount already obtained and the position limit stipulated by the position limit system for this type of product. Since the last trading day of August 2026, non-futures company members, overseas special non-brokerage participants or customers who have not obtained hedging transaction position limits for the nearest delivery month, their general monthly hedging transaction position limits will be temporarily adjusted to 0 lots when entering the near delivery month.
