04:52 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- eEnergy Group (EAAS.L) secured a new 500,000-pound sterling loan from former director and shareholder Nigel Burton and extended the repayment date of an existing 500,000-pound secured loan from Harwood Holdco. The British energy-as-a-service company said Friday that both loans are payable by Feb. 28, 2027. The new facility carries interest of 1% per month and is secured by a floating charge. A 1% arrangement fee will also be paid on the new loan. The funding will support working capital as eEnergy faces short-term delays in receiving 3.2 million pounds for completed work on its Mace project, primarily due to outstanding paperwork related to solar photovoltaic matters.
