Actively promote new energy vehicles, promote the electrification of public sector vehicles, and promote the application of pure electric and hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles. Develop a zero-carbon transportation channel and build a “zero-carbon corridor”. Implement scrapping and renewal of old operating vessels, and promote new energy and clean energy powered ships. Promote energy-saving and carbon-reduction transformation of existing transportation infrastructure, and build a number of low-carbon stations, wharves, and highway service areas.
