According to Zhitong Finance App, BOC Aviation (02588) announced that with effect from August 20, 2026, non-executive director Ms. Jin Yan will no longer serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee (Audit Committee) and has been appointed as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee); Mr. Yang Zhiwei, an independent non-executive director, no longer serves as a member of the Company's Strategy and Budget Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Dr. Yang Xian, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
