Zug Estates' H1 Net Income Falls; Net Sales Stable

12:48 AM EDT, 08/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zug Estates (ZUGN.SW) said Thursday that its net income for the first half of 2026 declined, while net sales from goods and services remained stable year over year. Net income for the six months ended June 30 was 42.9 million francs, compared with 63.9 million francs a year ago. EPS for series A registered shares moved to 8.41 francs from 12.54 francs, while EPS for series B shares moved to 84.09 francs from 125.38 francs. The Swiss property company's net sales from goods and services remained relatively stable year over year at 45.2 million francs. The company anticipates net income excluding revaluation and special effects to be "slightly higher" in 2026 than in the prior year.
