In terms of production and operation, the company relies on intelligent production systems and independent innovative processes such as efficient resource utilization of low-grade mines to scientifically coordinate production organizations, and continues to release production capacity for core products. Copper production in the first half of the year was about 388,000 tons, an increase of 9.73% over the previous year. It continues to rank among the top ten copper producers in the world. Production and operation of major mines is progressing smoothly, and annual business targets are progressing in an orderly manner.

The company continues to improve the global resource layout, efficiently promote the implementation of mergers and acquisitions projects, simultaneously increase the scale and quality of the gold business, and further consolidate the “copper-gold bipolar” strategy.

On January 23, the company successfully completed the transfer of 100% interest in the four gold mines in Brazil. It only took 40 days from initiating the acquisition to completion of delivery, fully reflecting the company's mature cross-border M&A capabilities and global project execution efficiency. The project has about 156 tons of gold resources and is expected to produce 6 to 8 tons of gold in 2026. The mine has perfect infrastructure and mature processes, which can quickly contribute to production and profits.

Following the completion of the acquisition of the Odin Gold Mine in Ecuador in 2025, the transaction further improved the company's gold business layout, promoted the annual gold production capacity to the target of 20 tons or more, and laid the foundation for a new profit growth pole.
