Fengzhan Holdings (01826): Approximately 611 million placed shares have been successfully placed

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fengzhan Holdings (01826) issued an announcement. At 4:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026 (the deadline for placement), approximately 611 million shares were successfully placed by the placement agent at HK$0.1 per share (same as the subscription price) to no less than 6 undertakers. As a result, there is no net income under the compensation arrangement to be distributed to non-acting shareholders.

According to the subscription results of the share offering and the placement results of the compensation arrangement, the shares to be allocated and issued were 799.2 million shares offered, accounting for 100% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the share offering.
