Guoyuan International believes that domestic fundamentals, profit expectations, and incremental capital are becoming more important pricing variables. Therefore, the bank still uses “the index remains volatile, and structural opportunities are the main focus” as the current benchmark situation. The trend rise still needs to wait for improvements in domestic demand and profits, as well as further inflows of southbound and foreign capital.
