Dr. Ping An Good Doctor (01833): Xi Tong was exclusively appointed as an executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Dr. Ping An Good (01833) announced that Mr. Guo Xiaotao resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; Ms. Fu Xin resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Sustainable Development Committee; Ms. Cai Fangfang resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee; Dr. Zhou Yongjian resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee. The aforementioned changes will take effect from August 19, 2026.

Mr. Zhu Yougang was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Xi Tongchuan was appointed as an executive director of the Company and a member of the Sustainability Committee. Ms. Fan Yanjun was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Dr. Lee Kwok-tung was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Sustainability Committee. The above changes are effective from August 19, 2026. The initial term of office is from August 19, 2026 until the first annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company is held after appointment, and they are eligible for re-election at that meeting.
