Zhitong Finance App News, Hanhua Holdings (03903) announced that Mr. Liu Bolin, a non-executive director of the 5th board of directors, has proposed his resignation as a non-executive director to the board of directors due to his personal work schedule; Mr. Li Wei, an independent non-executive director of the 5th board of directors, has proposed to the board of directors to resign as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the Strategic Investment Committee due to his intention to invest more time in other business and personal affairs arrangements, effective August 18, 2026.

After considering the recommendations of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board of directors has decided to nominate Mr. Xie Cheng as a candidate for the company's non-executive director, and the board of directors has decided to nominate Mr. Liu Haowen as an independent non-executive director candidate and a member of the Strategic Investment Committee.
