The Zhitong Finance App learned that in July 2026, Jibang Optical Storage observed that in July 2026, domestic PV module tenders were 2.7 GW, a sharp drop from month to month; the winning bid volume (including finalists) was 20.42 GW; TCL Zhonghuan, Jingao, and Tianhe Solar led the bidding market; the average bid price for N-type modules was 0.743 yuan/W, and the overall price declined.

The tender volume of PV modules in July was 2.7 GW

According to incomplete statistics from Jibang Optical Storage Observation, the domestic PV module tender scale reached 2.7 GW in July 2026. There was no support for large-scale collection/framing projects this month, and the tender scale dropped sharply.

In July, it was clarified that the tender scale for N-type modules reached 1.06 GW. Among them, it was clearly stated that the bid volume for TopCon modules was 0.26 GW, accounting for 24.43%.

The fixed standard quantity of PV modules in July is 18.07GW

According to incomplete statistics from Jibang Optical Storage, in July 2026, it was announced that the winning bid results and the component size of the winning candidate was 20.42 GW, including the fixed bid scale of 18.07 GW, and the scale of the first successful candidate was 2.35 GW. Among them, China's Datang 11GW photovoltaic module frame procurement contributed 60.86% of the bid scale in the same month.

Judging from the scale of the company's bid, the three companies TCL Central, Jingao, and Tianhe Solar all exceeded 1GW, leading the bid market in July. Among them, TCL Zhonghuan won CGN New Energy's 2026 PV module equipment framework procurement package 1 section 1 and various bids such as Guodian Electric Power and Guangdong Energy Group, ranking first with a 1.97 GW calibration scale. Jingao and Tianhe Solar Energy's calibration scales were 1.79 GW and 1.35 GW respectively.

The tender price of N-type components declined slightly

In July 2026, it was clear that the bid price range for N-type components was 0.654-0.812 yuan/W, with an average price of 0.743 yuan/W, a slight decrease from the previous month's 0.764 yuan/W.

The lowest price was offered by Hengdian Dongji in Guangdong Energy Group's 2026 second batch of centralized PV module procurement project bid section 2, while the highest price was offered by Ai Xu in China Datang Group Co., Ltd.'s 2026-2027 PV module frame procurement bid section 3.

Let's take a look at the technical route breakdown:

TopCon module: The bid price range is 0.695-0.8 yuan/W, with an average price of 0.741 yuan/W. The lowest bid price was raised by Tongwei in the procurement of PV module equipment for the Daduhe Company Ya'an Hanyuan Qingxi photovoltaic power generation project. The highest bid price came from China's Datang 11GW PV module frame bid section 1, which was submitted by Jingke.

HJT modules: The bid price range was 0.741-0.772 yuan/W, with an average price of 0.761 yuan/W. The lowest and highest bid prices were all from China's Datang 11GW PV module frame bid section 2, which were submitted by Dongfang Risheng and Artes respectively.

BC components: The bid price range is 0.77-0.812 yuan/W, the average price is 0.791 yuan/W. The lowest price comes from the procurement of PV modules for the Sanmen Hengdu 53.26MWp Mountain PV Project, which was invested by Aixu and Huayao Optoelectronics.
