(SELLAS). The sole arbitrator made a final ruling, completely rejecting all arbitration claims brought by SELLAS, and also ruled that SELLAS must bear the company's total expenses relating to this arbitration of HK$7.983 million. The board of directors of the company is pleased to announce that the company has received the full amount of the above payment and that the arbitration award has been fully executed.

This arbitration only resolves the historical dispute between the parties and makes a final and binding ruling, which will not affect the validity and subsequent execution of the license agreement. Up to now, the 3D189 global multi-center clinical trial (MRCT) has completed a total of 78 cases, and the target end point is 80 cases.
