Shandong Road and Bridge announced that the 29th meeting of the 10th board of directors of the company was held on August 17, 2026 to review and pass a bill to adjust the composition of the board nomination committee, remuneration and assessment committee, and risk control committee. The nomination committee convener was changed from Wei Shirong to independent director Huang Fangliang; the members of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee were adjusted from Ma Ning and Wei Shirong to Ma Ning and Huang Fangliang; the members of the Risk Control Committee were adjusted from Su Yuhai, Wei Shirong to Su Yuhai and Huang Fangliang. The remaining original members of each committee remained the same, and their terms of office were the same as the current board of directors.
