Zijin Gold International (02259) announced interim results, with profit attributable to mother of US$1,451 million, an increase of 178.83% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zijin Gold International (02259) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of US$3,987 billion, an increase of 99.67%; profit attributable to owners of the parent company was US$1,451 million, an increase of 178.83%; profit per share of US$0.54; and a proposed interim dividend of HK$1.5 per share.

According to the announcement, in terms of mine operation, in the first half of 2026, the Group's mineral gold production was about 27.3 tons, of which the holding mine output was about 26.0 tons, an increase of about 37% over the previous year; gold sales were about 26.1 tons, and the average price was about 4,643 US dollars per ounce. The overall stable operation of mature assets, and the Buritika Gold Mine, Rosebel Gold Mine, Left Bank Gold Mine and Aurora Gold Mine all achieved year-on-year increases in production; while the Akim Gold Mine in Ghana and the Ruiguo Gold Mine in Kazakhstan, which were acquired in April and October 2025, respectively, have been fully integrated into the Group's operating system, becoming an important driver for production and profit growth.
