The Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, together with the Anhui Provincial Emergency Management Department, urgently earmarked 12.1 million yuan of central and provincial natural disaster relief funds to support the five cities of Lu'an, Xuancheng, Chizhou, Anqing, and Huangshan to carry out emergency rescue and relief work for flood control and typhoon prevention, focusing on basic livelihood security for people affected by the disaster and restoration of housing damaged by the disaster. Since the flood began this year, the Anhui provincial finance has disbursed a total of 116 million yuan in disaster prevention, mitigation and relief funds, focusing on supporting fields such as natural disaster relief, geological disaster prevention and control, water conservancy disaster prevention and relief, and agricultural disaster relief.
