Today is the fourth National Ecology Day. The China Consumer Association today released the “Chinese Consumer Guide to Green Consumption”. The guide focuses on the “3060” carbon peak carbon neutrality goal, and is based on daily life to help consumers increase their knowledge about green consumption, enhance their confidence in green consumption, and cultivate a sustainable lifestyle. Based on China's social and cultural background and residents' daily life scenarios, the guidelines systematically put forward 50 action suggestions covering the four major consumption areas of food, travel, energy, and daily necessities, including promoting the “CD-ROM Campaign”, reducing the use of disposable tableware, promoting low-carbon travel, and encouraging priority choices for public transportation, cycling, or walking.
