E-Tak Investment Holdings (06182): Lui Chun-pong appointed as authorized representative

Zhitong Finance App News, Yide Investment Holdings (06182) announced that Mr. Liu Chuang (Mr. Liu) has resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and CEO of the Company due to his other business responsibilities, effective August 14, 2026. Following Mr. Liu's resignation, he also ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Da Zhenbiao, an independent non-executive director, will be re-appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Following Mr. Liu's resignation as an executive director, with effect from August 14, 2026, Mr. Liu will no longer act as an authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules and an authorized representative to receive documents and notices in legal proceedings on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively, the “Authorized Representative”).

Following the resignation and termination of Mr. Liu mentioned above, Mr. Lui Chun-pong, the non-executive director, will be appointed as an authorized representative to replace Mr. Liu with effect from August 14, 2026.
