SpaceX said that the Starlink mobile service has a high level of emergency response capabilities and can provide stable and reliable communication guarantees when traditional terrestrial communication infrastructure is damaged. The company stressed that it will continue to maintain close cooperation with the Spanish Government and the Spanish National Market and Competition Commission in the future to actively promote the official authorization and normalization of the service throughout Spain.
