Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 14, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the “Requirements for Supplementary Materials for Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing (August 10, 2026 - August 14, 2026)”. The International Division of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued supplementary material requirements for a total of 8 companies. Among them, Tianfu Communications (300394.SZ) was requested to provide additional explanations on matters such as the necessity and rationality of this listing in Hong Kong. According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on April 10, Suzhou Tianfu Optical Communications Co., Ltd. (Tianfu Communications for short) submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Securities, and CICC as co-sponsors.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission requested Tianfu Communications to further explain the following matters, and ask lawyers to check and issue clear legal opinions:

1. Please further explain the necessity and rationality of this listing in Hong Kong in conjunction with the fund-raising investment.

2. Please explain whether your main business involves dual-use items and prohibited export restricted technology, specific circumstances such as external licensing and transfer of your company's intellectual property rights, and the establishment and implementation of the company's internal export control compliance management system.

According to the prospectus, Tianfu Communications is the world's largest overall solution provider for optical devices, providing one-stop optical interconnection solutions from passive optical devices and active optical devices to integrated joint research. The company's products are mainly used in the fields of data communication (digital communication) and telecommunications to achieve efficient data transmission.
