According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jianye Real Estate (00832) announced that in July 2026, the Group obtained property contract sales of RMB 467 million, a year-on-year decrease of 10.4%; the contract sales floor area was 6,3062 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 22.2%; the average sales price per square meter was RMB 7,405, an increase of 15.2% over the previous year. For the seven months ended July 31, 2026, the Group has obtained total property contract sales of RMB 4.222 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 15.0%; the total contract sales area was 631,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 20.0%; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,691, an increase of 6.3% over the previous year.
