Zhitong Finance App News, Quantifier (02685) issued an announcement. The Group expects to record in the six months ended June 30, 2026 (current period): (i) revenue of approximately RMB 431 million to RMB 457 million, a decrease of approximately 10% to 15% from revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2025; and (ii) profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company for the current period of approximately RMB 27 million to RMB 34 million, a decrease of approximately 75% to the profit margin due to equity shareholders of the Company for the six months ended June 30, 2025 80%

According to the information currently available to the board of directors, the board of directors believes that the reduction in profit expectations that equity shareholders of the Company should account for the period is mainly due to: (i) the reduction in revenue of the Group's existing consumer e-commerce platform business due to intense competition in the market environment and redistribution of marketing and sales resources during the period; and (ii) the increase in sales costs of the Group due to the increase in the Group's sales costs related to the operation of its platform during the period in accordance with its business cooperation arrangements. There were no related costs for the same period in 2025.

Due to the combined effects of the above reduction in revenue and the increase in sales costs, it is expected that the profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company for the current period will decrease compared to the same period in 2025.

Despite the above situation, the Group is continuing to develop its consumer e-commerce platform business by providing supply chain services and e-commerce operation services, and is striving to move towards a dual-engine growth model. The Group believes that developing these businesses will expand and optimize its existing e-commerce platform business and provide new revenue streams, thereby helping to improve the Group's financial performance in the future.
