Dagang Co., Ltd. announced that recently general manager Li Weibo, deputy general manager Wang Dongbin, and employee representative director Fang Lei resigned due to job adjustments or transfers. Li Weibo is still the chairman of the board, and the remaining two are no longer in office. On August 14, the company held a board meeting and agreed to appoint Mao Wenming as general manager and Xia Rong as deputy general manager, and to nominate Mao Wenming as a candidate for non-independent directors. The latter still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. Most of these personnel were originally scheduled to serve until October 27, 2027.
