ING Groep to Fully Redeem Two Callable Senior Notes in September

02:40 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ING Groep (INGA.AS) will fully redeem two of its callable senior notes due 2027 on Sept. 11, 2026. The redemption comprises $500 million of floating-rate and $1.25 billion of 6.083% fixed-to-floating rate senior notes, according to a Friday release. The Dutch lender will redeem the senior notes at the principal amount with accrued and unpaid interest, with payments to be made on the redemption date.
