Among them, the group signed new contracts of 18.187 billion yuan in the first half of the year, an increase of 10.89% over the previous year, of which 17.978 billion yuan was newly signed for industrial projects, accounting for 98.85% of the new contract amount; insisting on using design as the lead, continuing to strengthen the driving role of engineering design and technical services, and signed a new EPC general contracting contract of 8.932 billion yuan, an increase of 2,163 billion yuan over the previous year. Furthermore, overseas business continues to grow. Strengthen the promotion of overseas technological achievements and construction capabilities, sign large-scale metallurgical equipment manufacturing contracts such as Kazakhstan; sign the Indonesian Pani project to achieve a breakthrough in overseas heavy ferrous EP business.

During the reporting period, the company focused on the three core market areas, firmly grasped the development opportunities of the non-ferrous market, vigorously developed technology-led general contracting business, and achieved steady growth in the design and EPC general contracting business. Since new equipment manufacturing contracts have not yet entered the main period of release of output value, and due to business restructuring, revenue from the construction business and equipment manufacturing sectors in the EPC general contracting and construction sector declined in stages, which in turn led to a year-on-year decline in total operating income.
