Among them, Zhang Haiming transferred 158,338,557 shares and Zhang Yue transferred 67,859,381 shares. After the transaction was completed, the controlling shareholder of the company became Zhang Haiming, and the actual controller remained the same. Zhang Haiming and Zhang Yue promised not to reduce their holdings of the transferred shares within 24 months. The transaction is yet to be confirmed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and completed transfer registration by the Shanghai branch of Zhongdeng Company.
