According to the prospectus, the top ten shareholders of Yushu Technology held a total of 71.50% of the shares before this issuance. Among them, Wang Xingxing, chairman of Yushu Technology, directly holds 23.82% of the company's shares, making him the largest shareholder of Yushu Technology; followed by Yushu Technology's equity incentive shareholding platform Shanghai Yuyi, which holds 10.94% of the shares. Meituan Hanhai Information holds 7.61% of Yushu Technology's shares, making it the third largest shareholder. Meituan also holds 1.02% and 1.02% of shares through Galaxy Z and Chengdu Dragon Ball, with a total shareholding ratio of 9.65%.
