Sanyou Technology announced that Silk Road Mining, an overseas holding subsidiary of the company, plans to invest in the construction of a cathode copper project with an annual output of 4,000 tons in Kazakhstan, with an estimated total investment of 39.2 million US dollars, of which the company plans to invest no more than 20 million US dollars, and the project construction period is 20 months. The project has obtained the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce's “Overseas Investment Certificate”, a filing notice from the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and a business registration certificate from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
