In the second quarter, the Group recorded a negative free cash flow of RMB 13.8 billion due to net cash generated from operating activities of RMB 52.7 billion, which was overoffset by capital expenses of RMB 59.3 billion, media content payments of RMB 5 billion, and lease payments of RMB 2.2 billion. Our operating cash flow includes large AI-related advance payments to provide infrastructure to support Hy model upgrades, WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy inference requirements, WeChat AI initiatives, and AI capacity building for our products and services, while meeting the continuing growth demand of external customers for our cloud services. Excluding advance payments for computing power purchases, our free cash flow was RMB 37.6 billion.
