The Ministry of Transport currently continues to maintain a level 2 defense response against heavy rainfall. As of 10 a.m. this morning, 43 sections of national and provincial highways in five provinces, including Zhejiang and Anhui, have taken active measures to close and control measures. The Nanjing section of the Yangtze River is still full of wind and rain, with gusts up to magnitude 7 to 8. Currently, more than 1,000 ships within the jurisdiction are still anchored and sheltered from the wind.
