Infracore Flags Partial Exercise of Overallotment Option in IPO

01:51 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infracore (INFRAC.SW) said Monday the joint global coordinators partially exercised the overallotment option in its initial public offering, resulting in the transfer of some shares in the company of Medical Properties Trust unit MPT Switzerland Holdings. The exercise covered 203,936 registered shares at the IPO price of 54 francs per share, representing 48% of the total allocation for overallotment. The Swiss healthcare real estate company's free float after the exercise amounted to 28.8%. Infracore debuted on the SIX Swiss Exchange in July, with MPT Switzerland Holdings and real estate company Aevis Victoria (AEVS.SW) as anchor investors holding 48.5% and 22.6% of the company, respectively.
