In the first half of the year, 28,000 new enterprises were set up in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, an increase of 2.5% over the previous year. Among them, the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry grew by 6.4%, and the urban rail equipment manufacturing industry grew by 4.4%. Second, the high-tech manufacturing industry is growing strongly. By the end of June, the total number of high-tech manufacturing enterprises reached 330,000, and 15,000 new ones were set up in the first half of the year. Among them, new enterprises in the spacecraft and launch vehicle manufacturing industry increased by 185.7% year on year, the optical fiber and cable manufacturing industry grew by 129.4%, and the integrated circuit manufacturing industry grew by 24.2%. Third, enterprises in the overcapacity industry have been cleared in an orderly manner. In the first half of the year, enterprises related to the NEV, photovoltaic, and lithium battery industries cancelled 7,632, 5089, and 155, up 4.6%, 8.3%, and 12.3%, respectively.
