The company received approval from the State Financial Supervisory Administration regarding Mr. He Xingda's qualifications on August 7, 2026. According to the approval, the China Financial Supervisory Authority approved Mr. He Xingda's qualifications as a director of the company. Mr. He Xingda's term as a non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, a member of the Nomination Remuneration Committee, and a member and chairman of the Risk Management Committee will take effect from August 4, 2026 until the end of the term of office of the 5th board of directors. After the term of office, he can be re-elected.

The board of directors further announced that due to the work schedule, Ms. Jia Xiangxiang proposed to resign as a non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, a member of the Nomination Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee.
