05:47 AM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg reiterated Siemens Healthineers (SHL.F) at hold, while increasing its price target to 40 euros from 39 euros, noting that the company's fiscal third-quarter results were "somewhat mixed." "Siemens Healthineers' Q3 2025/26 results on 31 July were somewhat mixed. The company downgraded its full-year revenue growth guidance for 2025/26E due to continued weakness in the Diagnostics business, but upgraded adjusted EPS guidance as a result of tariff refunds. However, it appears that the market has viewed the company's guidance with regard to 2026/27E EPS as somewhat of a clearing event, with the shares now up c9% since the print," the research firm said Friday. "We remain cautious overall, however, given headwinds from inflation and the overhangs from the Siemens AG (SIE.F) spin-off and Diagnostics business." During the period, the German medical technology company reported revenue of 5.76 billion euros, up from 5.66 billion euros, driven by "very strong" revenue growth in the Precision Therapy segment, with "slight" revenue gains in the Imaging segment. Subsequently, Berenberg revised its EBIT and EPS projections for 2026 through 2028, with the 2026 estimates raised, while those for the remaining two years were cut. Sales forecasts were trimmed across the three-year period.
