According to Guangqi Technology's announcement, the first meeting of the 6th board of directors held on August 7, 2026 elected Liu Ruopeng as chairman; appointed Huang Xinzheng as general manager; appointed Feng Pingtao as financial director and Zhou Jianlin as board secretary; appointed Tan Shunyan and Ma Qianli as securities affairs representatives; and appointed Ai Yanjun as the head of the internal audit department. The terms of office of the above personnel are the same as the current board of directors.
