Chifeng Gold announced that Vientiane Mining, a holding subsidiary of the company, signed an overseas daily operating contract with China Railway 19th Bureau Group Laotian Wholly Owned Co., Ltd. The consideration of the contract was US$220 million, and the period is from the entry into force of the contract until March 31, 2032. The contractor will provide open pit mining services to ensure that the Saipan gold-copper mine design capacity of 1.3 million tons/year is reached on schedule, and promote the Cannon project to begin native ore mining in the second quarter of 2027.
