Junshengtai Pharmaceutical-B (02511) completed placement of 98.71 million shares with a net raise of approximately HK$222.4 million

Zhitong Finance App News, Junshengtai Pharmaceutical-B (02511) issued an announcement. All conditions for the placement have been met, and the placement was completed on August 7, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. The exclusive placement agent has successfully placed a total of 98.71 million shares to no less than six independent undertakers at the placement price of HK$2.28 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The total proceeds from the placement were approximately HK$225.1 million, while the total net proceeds of the placement to be collected by the Company was approximately HK$222.4 million.
