Kexuan Dynamics Holdings (00476) completed the issuance of 31 million subscription shares to raise approximately HK$15.48 million

All the prerequisites contained in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription matters were completed on August 7, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. 31 million subscribed shares (equivalent to approximately 8.72% of the Company's issued share capital after allotting and issuing subscription shares immediately after completion of the subscription matters on the date of this announcement) have been subscribed at HK$0.50 per subscription share at the subscription price. The net proceeds from the subscription are approximately HK$15.48 million and will be used in the manner disclosed in the announcement.
