The Zhitong Finance App learned that Chen Jiaqi, CEO of Hong Kong Investment Management Co., Ltd., said in his speech at the “2026 Global Healthcare Summit” that it has now invested in more than 200 companies in high-growth and high-influence fields, including biotechnology and health technology, which are one of the core focuses of the summit. Of the capital already invested, about 70% is invested in early-stage and growing businesses.

Chen Jiaqi pointed out that with the support of Hong Kong Investment Corporation, the vast majority of companies based in Hong Kong and the mainland have expanded their overseas business. In addition, 11 investee companies have been listed in Hong Kong, and more than 30 companies have submitted or are planning to submit initial public offering (IPO) applications in Hong Kong in 2026, fully demonstrating the full support given by Hong Kong Investment Corporation in different regions and at all levels of the capital market as the company continues to grow.

The Hong Kong Investment Corporation has a “dual mission” of investing in Hong Kong's future through two methods: creating financial returns on the one hand, and injecting growth momentum into Hong Kong's economy and society on the other. It is hoped that while achieving commercial success, it can also play a positive role in social benefits.
