Recently, under the authorization and guidance of the Institute of Quantum Information and Quantum Science and Technology Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guodun Quantum successfully completed the engineering development of the Ez-Q F1500 dilution refrigerator, and the first one went offline. The EZ-Q F1500 achieves 1,700 microwatts of cooling capacity at 100 mK and 48 μW cooling capacity at 20mK, and the single-core cooling capacity has reached the leading international level. Delivery of the product will begin in the second half of this year, laying the foundation for the development of subsequent kilobit error-correcting superconducting quantum computers in China.
