Minshi Group issued a voluntary announcement announcing that it will jointly hold a groundbreaking ceremony for a new production plant in Gadsden, Alabama, USA on August 3, 2026. The project was located at the original RepublicSteel and GulfStatesSteel factory area of about 400 acres, with a total phased investment of about US$430 million. After completion, the project will become the Group's largest production base in the world. It is expected to create more than 1,300 jobs, and the first phase of production capacity will be put into operation in 2027.
