Sterling Realty Organization Names Ko Choi Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer

Sterling Realty Organization (SRO) announced it has named Ko Choi Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.

In her new role, Choi will oversee SRO’s capital markets and treasury functions, financial planning and accounting operations, tax strategy, shareholder communications and human resources. Working closely with executive leadership, she will focus on supporting SRO’s financial strength, strategic investments and continued expansion across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West.

With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Choi comes to SRO from Kemper Development Company, where she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Kemper Development Company, Choi worked at Deloitte Tax, where she specialized in real estate taxation and advised clients on complex partnership and pass-through entity structures. SRO is a real estate corporation holding commercial assets and land in the Puget Sound and Salt Lake City markets.
