The details are as follows; - Dividend of 0.26 Baht per share will be paid out from the unappropriated retained earnings in the part of company's net profit which is subject to 20% corporate income tax wherein individual shareholders shall be entitled to a dividend tax credit in the computation of tax under Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code -Dividend of 0.29 Baht per share will be paid from retained earnings derived from dividend income that is exempt from calculated corporate income tax.
