Established in 2023, the company relies on the research accumulation of the Intelligent Microsystems Laboratory of the Institute of Intelligent Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The core team consists of postdocs and senior researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. They have been deeply involved in the field of glass-based advanced packaging for nearly ten years, and have accumulated full-chain technology and industrialization experience from core process development and process optimization to implementation and mass production transformation.
